Production & Processing Time

Each Lioren piece is made to order, meaning it is individually handcrafted after your purchase. This allows us to ensure the highest standards of quality and finish.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for:

• Handcrafting your jewelry
• Metalwork, stone setting, and polish
• Final quality inspection and packaging

This timeline does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Timeline

Once complete, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped from our fulfillment center.

Standard shipping takes:

• 5–8 business days to the U.S. and Canada

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.
