Lioren Jewels Shipping Policy
At Lioren Jewels, every piece is created with intention.
Our made-to-order jewelry is thoughtfully designed by Lioren Jewels and brought to life by our trusted partner studio in small production batches. This partnership is rooted in quality, artistry, and thoughtful craftsmanship, not mass production.
A limited selection of completed pieces is also available Ready-to-Ship.
Made-to-Order Production
Made-to-order pieces may be purchased at any time.
To support our small-batch production process, made-to-order purchases are submitted to our partner studio once each month, on the 15th.
Orders placed on or before the 15th will be included in that month's production batch. Orders placed after the 15th will be included in the following month's production batch.
For example, an order placed on the 12th would be included in that month’s production batch on the 15th. An order placed on the 20th would be included in the following month’s production batch on the 15th.
Production Timeline
Once your order has been submitted for production, please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for your jewelry to be handcrafted.
Depending on the piece, production may include:
- Metalwork and assembly
- Stone setting
- Personalization
- Polishing and finishing
- Quality inspection by our partner studio
Once production is complete, your jewelry is sent to Lioren Jewels for final inspection, packaging, and preparation for shipment.
Please note: The 4–6 week production timeline begins when your order enters its scheduled production batch, not on the date your order is placed.
Because your total wait time will depend on when you order within the monthly production cycle, we encourage you to order well in advance for birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, or other time-sensitive occasions.
Ready-to-Ship Pieces
Ready-to-Ship pieces have already been completed and are not part of our monthly production schedule.
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, Ready-to-Ship pieces are processed for shipment within 1–2 business days.
Shipping
Once your order has completed final inspection and packaging, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
USPS Ground Advantage is our standard U.S. shipping option. FedEx options may also be available at checkout for customers who prefer an alternate carrier.
Shipping transit time begins after your order has been completed, inspected, packaged, and transferred to the carrier. Production time for made-to-order pieces is not included in carrier delivery estimates.
Available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout.
Please allow additional time for holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Why It Takes Time
Lioren jewelry is not mass-produced.
Our monthly production process allows us to create pieces in thoughtful, manageable batches while giving our partner artisans the time needed to focus on craftsmanship and detail.
We believe the meaning behind a piece deserves the same care as the piece itself, and we appreciate your patience while your jewelry is being created.
