Sizing Guide
Ring Sizing Guide
Find your perfect fit from home — no guesswork required.
Option 1: Measure a Ring You Already Own
If you have a ring that fits the desired finger well, follow these steps:
- Place the ring on a ruler (millimeter side) and measure the inside diameter (edge to edge across the center, not including the metal).
- Match the diameter to the sizing chart below.
| Inside Diameter (mm) | US Ring Size |
|---|---|
| 14.0 mm | 3 |
| 14.8 mm | 4 |
| 15.6 mm | 5 |
| 16.4 mm | 6 |
| 17.2 mm | 7 |
| 18.1 mm | 8 |
| 19.0 mm | 9 |
| 19.8 mm | 10 |
| 20.6 mm | 11 |
| 21.4 mm | 12 |
Option 2: Use a Strip of Paper or String
- Cut a thin strip of paper or a piece of non-stretchy string.
- Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger — not too tight or too loose.
- Mark the spot where the end overlaps.
- Lay it flat and measure the length in millimeters.
- Use the chart below to find your size.
| Finger Circumference (mm) | US Ring Size |
|---|---|
| 44.2 mm | 3 |
| 46.8 mm | 4 |
| 49.3 mm | 5 |
| 51.9 mm | 6 |
| 54.4 mm | 7 |
| 57.0 mm | 8 |
| 59.5 mm | 9 |
| 62.1 mm | 10 |
| 64.6 mm | 11 |
| 67.2 mm | 12 |
Tips for Accurate Sizing
- Measure your finger at the end of the day when it’s warm — fingers shrink when cold.
- If you’re between sizes, size up for thicker bands or if your knuckles are more prominent.
- For stacking rings, consider sizing up by ¼ to ½ size for comfort.
Bracelet Sizing Guide
Find your ideal fit — whether you love a snug cuff or a relaxed drape.
Option 1: Measure Your Wrist
- Use a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper.
- Wrap it snugly around your wrist bone (not too tight).
- Mark or note the measurement in inches or millimeters.
Find Your Fit
Once you’ve measured, match it to the style you prefer:
| Wrist Size (in) | Snug Fit | Comfort Fit | Loose Fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5.5″ | 6.0″ | 6.25″ | 6.5″ |
| 6.0″ | 6.5″ | 6.75″ | 7.0″ |
| 6.5″ | 7.0″ | 7.25″ | 7.5″ |
| 7.0″ | 7.5″ | 7.75″ | 8.0″ |
| 7.5″ | 8.0″ | 8.25″ | 8.5″ |
Lioren Tip:
Add +0.5″ for a comfort fit or +1″ for a drapey, stacked look.
Cuff vs. Chain vs. Beaded
-
Open Cuffs:
Measure your wrist and select your size based on intended gap. Cuffs are slightly adjustable — choose your true wrist size. -
Chain Bracelets with toggles:
For toggle closures, allow for extra slack to ensure it comfortably loops and secures. Aim for a comfort fit. -
Beaded or Fixed-Size Bracelets:
These need a little more slack. Go for +0.75″ to +1″ above wrist size for smooth movement.
