• Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or exercising
• Store in your Lioren Jewels microfiber pouch or a jewelry box when not in use
Production & Shipping
This piece is made to order and is included in our monthly production schedule.
Made-to-order purchases are submitted to our partner studio once each month, on the 15th. Orders placed on or before the 15th are included in that month’s production batch. Orders placed after the 15th are included in the following month’s production batch.
Once your order enters production, please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for handcrafting, followed by final inspection, packaging, and shipment.
Please note: The 4–6 week production timeline begins when your order enters its scheduled production batch, not on the date your order is placed.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Non-engraved items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn and in original packaging.
Engraved or personalized pieces are final sale.
